Grangewood delivers first listed building refurbishment to receive top sustainability standard
London-based contractor Grangewood has delivered the first listed building to achieve an 鈥渙utstanding鈥� rating under the BREEAM domestic refurbishment category.
The project at 119 Ebury Street in the capital鈥檚 West End achieved the highest scores to date for a domestic refurbishment and is part of client Grosvenor鈥檚 wider strategy to reduce emissions from its estate by 50% by 2030, well ahead of government targets.
