Masterplan for Development Securities and Cathedral Group scheme approved by Hillingdon council
The master plan for the £250m redevelopment of the Old Vinyl Factory in Hayes, London, has been approved by Hillingdon council
The council has given outline planning permission for the masterplan for the scheme, brought forward by Development Securities and Cathedral Group, which involves the development of up to 510 residential units, as well as office space, car parking, and an energy centre.
The complex in the centre of Hayes will also provide a multi-screen cinema, bars, restaurants and community facilities.
In February the council handed the developers a resolution to grant planning permission for the first phase of the development, which will see 132 apartments built on the 18-acre site.
