This week鈥檚 #buildingdoodle sketch is by Jo茫o Alves, an associate at Cundall. He says: 鈥淭he sketch illustrates a new school sports hall in London, where the roof structure is formed by a series of long-span glulam beams (up to 30m) and cross-laminated timber (CLT) roof panels. The sketch highlights important aspects of the roof construction sequence and structural stability matters and was made during the design stage to help discussions with the design team.鈥�
