Deal for city鈥檚 John Moores University finishes in 2021

Willmott Dixon will begin work next month on a 拢20m deal to upgrade part of the Liverpool John Moores University campus.

The firm will carry out work to refurbish and extend the Tithebarn 黑洞社区 鈥� home to the School of Nursing and Allied Health 鈥� and overhaul the Avril Robarts Library in the middle of the city.

The extension at the Tithebarn 黑洞社区 (pictured) will be completed next September with the entire scheme due to be finished the following March. Work on the library will be finished at the end of next year.

The work was won under Scape鈥檚 National Major Works framework.
