Advisory services are being sought for the up to 拢6bn planned restoration and renewal of London鈥檚 Palace of Westminster.
Parliament has published the pre-qualification questionnaire for a client advisory services contract worth 拢29m, slated to begin on 29 June 2016 and conclude on 28 September 2023.
There are two lots: Lot 1 is for an architect-led design team to provide client advisory design.
Lot 2 is for a team to provide client advisory programme, project and cost management.
A 鈥渄ecision in principle鈥 is expected to be made by members of both Houses of Parliament in spring 2016 on how the Palace of Westminster programme of works will be delivered from the options provided in the Independent Options Appraisal from Aecom, Deloitte Real Estate and HOK earlier this summer.
