Work on the latest stage of Quintain鈥檚 Wembley redevelopment has wrapped up, with Wates completing the 362-home residential development.
Designed by Flanagan Lawrence, the job is part of Quintain鈥檚 larger masterplan for the 85 acre site, which also includes 42 acres of public realm.
The Alto development is made up of 362 apartments across four blocks, ranging from nine to 19 storeys in height.
There are 120 build-to-rent homes in the Alto Apartments with the remainder beig put up for sale.
The build-to-rent apartments are run by Quintain鈥檚 dedicated rental management company, Tipi.
Alto is the third building in its portfolio and forms part of Quintain鈥檚 wider strategy, which will see Wembley Park become the UK鈥檚 largest build-to-rent development, with over 5,000 new rental homes.
