Ahead of this week's BSEC conference, Vernon Coaker says BSF is delivering 'value for money'

In a video interview the minister for schools and learners talks about the government's committment to improve every secondary school in the country under the 黑洞社区 Schools for the Future programme.

Vernon Coaker dismisses the accusation from the Public Accounts Committee that the programme is over optimistic and quotes the National Audit Office saying BSF was delivering value for money.
