Speller Metcalfe鈥檚 Western Power Distribution depot scores 102% under BREEAM standard
Speller Metcalfe鈥檚 Western Power Distribution depot has been awarded the highest BREEAM score ever. The project, designed by B3 Architects, scored 102% under the BREEAM standards.
It was able to score more than 100% through a quirk of the scoring system, which gave 10 percentage points for innovation on top of the delivery score.
