Mipim latest: Wates breaks ground on major mixed-use scheme
Two pre-lets have been secured for the first office phase of the 拢400m Kirkstall Forge mixed-use scheme in Leeds.
Wates has broken ground on the first phase - a 110,000 sq ft seven-storey Grade A office building (pictured).
Vehicle outsourcing business Zenith and Kirkstall Forge developer CEG have taken 45,000 sq ft and 10,000 sq ft respectively of the scheme.
The overall scheme will comprise 1,050 new homes, 300,000 sq ft of offices and 100,000 sq ft of retail, leisure and community space.
