Redevelopment offers sought for fire-blasted Welsh landmark designed by architect of St Pancras Hotel
Estate agents are trying to drum up interest in a derelict grade I-listed gothic hall in 16ha of grounds, near Abergele in Conwy.
Hafodunos Hall was designed in the 1860s by Sir George Gilbert Scott, architect of London's St Pancras Hotel and the Albert Memorial.
The builiding will need considerable regeneration. It was last used as a boarding school and accountancy college in 1993. but after falling into disrepair it was gutted by fire in 2004.
