Developer will start work on second phase of 拢1bn regeneration project this autumn
St Modwen will start construction on the second phase of its 拢1bn regeneration of the former MG Rover site at Longbridge this autmn.
The developer won planning for the phase this week, which will include a 150,000 sq ft Marks & Spencer store.
Planned completion is scheduled to enable trading by Christmas 2015.

Sir Albert Bore, leader of Birmingham City Council said: 鈥淚t is extremely encouraging for Longbridge to see this substantial level of investment from a major national retailer.
