Scheme will be built on site of former Trafford Magistrates Court
Seddon has landed an £18m deal to develop a housing scheme in Manchester on the site of the former Trafford Magistrates Court.
The Bolton-based contractor has been picked by Trafford council as preferred developer on the scheme, which is due to go in for planning later this year.
A mix of housing types, including affordable housing, have been proposed by the council for the site, which is located close to Sale town centre.
The magistrates court, which was demolished last year, was purchased by the council from Homes England in 2018 to provide space for housing.
