Insurance giant AXA signs up contractor to provide emergency home repairs for customers

Contractor Rok has won a 拢40m contract with insurance giant AXA to provide emergency home repair services to its customers.

Rok said it would carry out the work for AXA subsidiary Inter Partner Assistance through its existing 24-hour call centre in Mansfield.

Rok chief executive, Garvis Snook, said it was a significant win for the firm鈥檚 maintenance and improvements division.

Bob Ewers chief executive, AXA Assistance UK said: 鈥淲e are very excited about our new partnership as it gives us the ability to manage the customer journey from the first notification of loss, supported by Rok鈥檚 nationwide office network.鈥�
