Project part of the 1,750-home Church Street masterplan
Osborne has been chosen to build 77 new homes across three sites as part of a £42m deal with Westminster council.
The London-based contractor has been selected to develop the homes – which are part of the council’s wider Church Street regeneration.
The Church Street masterplan (pictured) was drawn up by Peter Brett Associates and LDA Design.
Osborne was handed a two-stage design and build contract for the project, which was given planning approval in August 2018.
The homes will be spread across sites on Cosway, Ashbridge and Ashmill Streets, all of which have not previously been used for housing.
The entire masterplan will provide around 1,750 new homes, a new cultural quarter centred around the antiques market and Cockpit Theatre and 7,000m² of retail space.
