Plans have been submitted for a new £70m town centre for Longbridge in Warwickshire
The mixed-use scheme designed by Holder Mathias Architects is the focal point of a £1bn regeneration project for the Midlands town. The town centre will include 24 shops and restaurants, a food store, a hotel, commercial offices, 40 flats and two acres of public open space. Regional development agency Advantage West Midlands is working alongside St Modwen on the scheme.
