Redevelopment of six-storey offices in London鈥檚 Covent Garden

Morgan Sindall has won a 拢65m contract from investors Legal and General to redevelop a historic six-storey office block in London鈥檚 Covent Garden.

The contractor has agreed to deliver 55,000ft2 of new grade A office space, with completion targeted for August 2012.

The interior of the building at 6 Agar Street will be given an entirely new internal structure while preserving its listed facades.
