Morgan Sindall appointed to two projects worth £27m as part of a £40m regeneration scheme
Contractor Morgan Sindall has been appointed to two projects in Bournemouth that form part of a £40m regeneration scheme in the city.
The firm won an £18m contract to build three blocks of student accommodation on part of the Madeira Road car park (above). The blocks will house 378 students for the Arts University Bournemouth.
The firm has also won a £9m contract to create a five-storey block of 64 flats at Leyton Mount (below).
The Bournemouth Development Company, a public-private partnership between Bournemouth council and Morgan Sindall Investments Ltd, is working with Morgan Sindall to deliver a £40m regeneration plan which involves the development of council-owned land.
