The plan for a polo centre in Agadir, Morocco, has doubled in size and cost

The Prince鈥檚 Club is now worth 鈧�600m (拢510m) and includes 鈥� in addition to five polo fields and stables for 300 horses 鈥� more than 800 residential units, a 25,000ft2 鈥渞etail village鈥� of shops and restaurants and a shopping mall of more than 拢250,000ft2. Former SMC founder Stuart McColl鈥檚 practice Robinson McColl, launched in January, is designing the scheme for English developer James Bailey. The scheme went in for planning permission last week.
