Minister Mike O'Brien will meet with industry experts to discuss new-build opportunities in the energy sector
Minister of state Mike O'Brien is to address the UK's energy specialists next month at a new conference organised by ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø magazine.
The Delivering Energy Infrastructure event will focus on opportunities in the sector and feature keynote speeches from 19 industry experts including three speakers from the government's Department of Energy and Climate Change.
The conference will examine the potential for new build in wind power, coal-fired stations and carbon capture and storage, as well as focus on the ambitious plans for new nuclear power stations.
The conference takes place on 24 February 2009 at Hotel Russell, Russell Square, London, WC1B 5BE.
