Leeds based contractor formed just three years ago

Leeds based contractor GWD has entered administration, just three years after being formed.

The 拢13m-turnover M&E specialist was formed after the merger of Gill & Wilkinson and Dunham Engineering Services in 2008.

Ernst & Young鈥檚 Manchester office has been appointed administrator and will be handling the affairs of the group鈥檚 three trading companies, GWD Projects, GWD 黑洞社区 Services and GWD Engineering Services.

The firm specialised in retail, education and commercial work and carried out projects up to 拢3.5m in value.
