Four-storey development designed by Formroom will house club shop, museum and hospitality suites
Everton FC has won planning permission for this 拢9m four-storey mixed-use development next door to Goodison Park stadium.
The new building, designed by Manchseter-based architect Formroom, will feature a 900m2 shop, museum, caf茅, offices and matchday corporate hospitality.
The scheme at the Park End section of the ground will be built in time for the 2011/2012 season.
The architect praised Everton for its commitment to design.
