Construction group will start building Express by Holiday Inn for Bodfari in early October

ISG Totty has secured a 拢5.3 million project to build a new Express by Holiday Inn in Walsall for client Bodfari.

The four-storey, 120-bed hotel, on the Tempus Ten business estate features a curvilinear standing seam roof and feature tower.

The Express by Holiday Inn comprises a pre-cast concrete accommodation block and a connecting two-storey steel-frame facility providing dining amenities, meeting rooms and conference facilities.

Externally, ISG Totty will form a large car park and carry out a range of hard and soft landscaping finishes. The project is due to commence early October and last 44 weeks.
