Contractor to provide cost management and design services
Contractor Interserve has been appointed to a five year project management role by Lambeth council.
The firm鈥檚 consulting arm will manage projects across the council鈥檚 whole estate to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Tony Turner, Interserve鈥檚 head of project management said it had been an 鈥渋ntense period鈥� of competitive dialogue to reach preferred bidder status.
Turner said: 鈥淥ur focus on high quality, collaborative service delivery meant that we were able to see off some fierce competition. We have already been awarded a number of contracts under the framework and are looking forward to a long, high quality partnership with the London Borough of Lambeth.鈥�
