Klein will lead project management operations in Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Asia

Consultant Hill International has announced that Richard W. Klein has been promoted to vice president of international finance.

He will be responsible for finance and accounting for the company鈥檚 project management operations in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia.

Klein was previously director of international finance.

He will be based out of Hill鈥檚 office in Athens, Greece.
