Teesside regeneration scheme includes a 拢464m hospital and 3m sq ft of office and industrial space

Final planning approval has been given by Hartlepool council for the 350-acre regeneration scheme at Wynyard Park on Teesside.

The scheme, being developed by Wynyard Park Ltd, includes plans for a 拢464m hospital and 3m sq ft of office and industrial space.

Wynyard Park's planning application was supported by Aecom and Darlington planning consultant Prism Planning.

Wynyard will pay 拢1.7m toward transport and infrastructure improvements.
