Housing association awards ten-year repair and maintenance contract

Housing association Golding Homes has awarded outsourcing giant Mitie a ten-year maintenance contract worth 拢70m, with the potential to rise to 拢120m.

Mitie will support the upkeep of the client鈥檚 6,000 properties across Kent.
