Consultant is project manager and lead consultant on the Stourbridge Further Education College campus scheme

Consultant Gleeds is project manager and lead consultant on the Stourbridge Further Education College scheme. The development, near Birmingham, will see a new 4,000m2 campus built at Brierley Hill.

Design by Pick Everard architects, the building will provide learning facilities for many of the college鈥檚 2250 students aged 16 and over who are taking arts courses.

The site is expected to achieve a BREEAM 鈥榲ery good鈥� rating by incorporating sustainable features such as rainwater harvesting and mixed heating and ventilation systems.

The scheme is due for completion in September 2011.
