Gardiner & Theobald (G&T) has opened its eighth office in the Americas and Caribbean, in New Jersey, USA
The consultant has recruited Brian Tobiasz as regional director responsible for the new office.
Tobiasz was most recently senior vice president of operations for commercial real estate services firm Avison Young.
G&T鈥檚 Christopher Perruna also joins the office as director.
G&T has been established in the US for 21 years and also has offices in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Miami.
Jonathan Andrew, senior director at G&T in the US, said: 鈥淲e recognise the importance of having a dedicated office and team in New Jersey to service the needs of this sophisticated and diverse market.鈥�
Tobiasz said: 鈥淚 am enthusiastic about introducing the Gardiner & Theobald brand to the New Jersey market.
