Contractor will build and mange district heat and power system at mixed-use scheme in West Sussex
Galliford Try has a won 25-year contract to manage the energy and district heating system of a net zero carbon scheme in Graylingwell Park, West Sussex.
The Energy Service Company contract (ESCo) is expected to generate Galliford Try about 拢18m in revenue.
The contractor also secured the 拢8m contarct to design and build the energy centre and district heating system.
Graylingwell Park is a mixed-use JV between Galliford Try and affordable housing provider Affinity Sutton.
