Acquisition of NSG UK is the firm鈥檚 fourth UK purchase

French firm Altrad has bought its fourth UK scaffolding specialist 鈥� Deeside-based NSG UK.

The deal to buy the 拢20m-turnover firm follows Altrad鈥檚 拢7.1m acquisition of Beaver 84 earlier this year.

NSG managing director Mike Carr will remain in charge of the UK business, which specialises in scaffolding, thermal insulation, industrial cleaning and industrial painting.

Carr said: 鈥淭here is a tremendous opportunity for NSG UK to continue its growth with the support of the Altrad Group.

鈥淲e will be in a position to release further details of our future business plans in due course.鈥�

Altrad has previously acquired Belle and BarOmix in the UK.
