Moore House, a sixties office block on Brighton’s seafront, has been refurbished using fibre cement Cedral weatherboard from Marley Eternit
The previously derelict five-storey concrete building has now become the hub for a range of businesses and retail units.
Fibre cement Cedral Weatherboard from Marley Eternit was specified by CZWG Architects because of its subtly textured surface which creates the visual appeal of timber, and provided a cost-effective way to mask the unsightly original concrete structure.
Cedral Weatherboard is available in 22 solid colours and six woodstains. A bespoke colour service is available.
