Davis Langdon is to open an office in Saudi Arabia to boost market share in the country
Rob Smith, senior partner at the consultant, said it would increase its Saudi presence off the back of recent wins.
Davis Langdon's projects in the country include the $400m (拢240m) Ithra Cultural Centre.
He said: 鈥淲e鈥檙e now in a confident place in that we know we are going to be opening in Saudi. It鈥檚 a strong market.鈥�
But he said the firm was struggling to choose a location for the office and a decision could be 鈥渕onths away鈥�. He said: 鈥淭he work we are winning is all over the country so deciding where to go is an issue.鈥�
