Art Deco-inspired 拢50m scheme goes to the planners

A landmark development in Bournemouth designed by CZWG has been submitted for planning.

The Art Deco-inspired 拢50m scheme will bring a new 173-bed hotel, 120 homes and 1,500m虏 of office space to Bournemouth town centre.

The client for the job is Grosvenor and the Tonstate Group. The application is due to be considered by Bournemouth borough council on 1 October.
