All 40 jobs set to go at Midlands concrete specialist Concentral
Concrete frame firm Concentral has been placed in administration, with the loss of 40 jobs.
Turnover at the Nuneaton firm, which has worked on high-profile projects for Ballymore’s Snow Hill Project and Sir Robert McAlpine’s Peat House in Birmingham, fell from £14m to £11m last year.
Concentral was started five years ago by former Laing O’Rourke employees Martin Hewlett and Graeme Stewart.
Administrators from Milton Keynes accountants Mazars are now handling the business.
