Four-year deal to start next January
The Crown Commercial Service is looking for ideas on a planned housing maintenance and repair framework, which could be worth as much as 拢2bn.
The authority will begin looking for suppliers from 8 November this year and is currently carrying out a market engagement exercise to determine the structure of the agreement.
The framework, for use by central government and the UK public sector, is currently planned to run for four years from 23 January next year and is estimated to be worth between 拢500m and 拢2bn.
Market engagement will continue until the end of July, with customers and suppliers providing feedback to shape key aspects of the dynamic purchasing system, such as the specification, filter system and terms and conditions.
Earlier this year, the CCS named the winners on its 拢30bn ProCure23 framework for public construction, including major NHS capital projects.
