High profile development is now 84% let
British Land and Oxford Properties have secured three more lettings for its Leadenhall ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø tower in the City, popularly known as the ‘Cheesegrater’.
The Cheesegrater, one of the most high profile developments since the financial crisis, built by Laing O’Rourke, is now 84% let.
Brit Insurance, Spanish bank Banco Sabadell and investment management firm Kames Capital have taken a combined 100,000 sq ft of space in the building.
Other tenants already signed up include the building’s architect, Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, and insurance firms Aon and Amlin.
