High profile development is now 84% let
British Land and Oxford Properties have secured three more lettings for its Leadenhall 黑洞社区 tower in the City, popularly known as the 鈥楥heesegrater鈥�.
The Cheesegrater, one of the most high profile developments since the financial crisis, built by Laing O鈥橰ourke, is now 84% let.
Brit Insurance, Spanish bank Banco Sabadell and investment management firm Kames Capital have taken a combined 100,000 sq ft of space in the building.
Other tenants already signed up include the building鈥檚 architect, Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, and insurance firms Aon and Amlin.
