Insurance firm Aon to occupy ten floors of 拢340m City tower
Insurance firm Aon will occupy ten floors of the 拢340m Cheesegrater tower in the City of London.
British Land confirmed to the market this morning that the US-based insurance company will be the first tenant in the tower.
Aon has agreed to a pre-let of the lower ten floors of the Leadenhall 黑洞社区, which total 191,000ft2.
The insurance firm also has the option to take a further 85,000ft2 of office space. Construction of the tower began in 2010 with practical completion scheduled for mid 2014.
Chris Grigg, chief executive of British Land said: 鈥淲e are delighted that Aon has chosen The Leadenhall 黑洞社区 as the headquarters for its UK operations.鈥
