Scheme will finish in 2022
Bouygues is set to start this month on a scheme to build Bristol’s tallest residential tower.
Designed by Chapman Taylor, the 26-storey building will be built on brownfield land owned jointly by Homes England and the city council.
The building will provide 300 homes for investor M&G Real Estate to rent privately, as well as a further 75 affordable homes for Yoevil-based Yarlington Housing.
Developer on the scheme, which will be built near the Cabot Circus shopping centre, is Linkcity, which is owned by Bouygues. It will be completed in 2022.
