Scheme includes eight residential towers overlooking Tai Po鈥檚 Tolo Harbour in Hong Kong
Balfour Beatty鈥檚 Hong Kong-based joint venture with Gammon Construction have been awarded a HKD$3bn (拢295m) contract to build a new residential scheme in Hong Kong.
The scheme for Great Eagle Group will see eight medium rise residential blocks and four houses overlooking Tai Po鈥檚 Tolo Harbour built.
Work is expected to complete by the end of 2019.
Gammon is also building a HK$1.6bn (拢158m) 20-storey office tower on top of a five storey retail podium in the heart of Hong Kong鈥檚 Causeway Bay and a new train station for Singapore鈥檚 Land Transport Authority.
