Urban regeneration division Muse appointed by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council

Morgan Sindall has been appointed as the partner on a 拢200m regeneration scheme in Basingstoke.

The scheme will see the development of over 700,000ft虏 of land owned by Basingstoke and Deane Borough council at Basing View by Morgan Sindall鈥檚 urban regeneration division Muse Developments. It will include office space, sporting facilities and a business class hotel and has been designed by 3D Reid.

In addition the council is investing 拢3.3m in infrastructure at the site and has a 拢5m investment fund to develop new business in the area.

Work on the scheme is due to start in late 2013, subject to planning permission.
