Inviron has won a contract to maintain the M&E systems at 13 Land Securities shopping centres.
Among the shopping malls covered by the contract are the 530,000sq ft Princesshay in Exeter and the St. David鈥檚 Centre in Cardiff.
Paul Horsley from Inviron鈥檚 commercial and retail division, said: 鈥淲e will ensure the M&E systems are maintained, therefore operating at peak efficiency, in order to provide a comfortable environment for shoppers and staff.鈥�
Inviron鈥檚 contract providing mechanical and electrical services across Land Securities鈥� London Portfolio was recently extended until at least 2012.
