Work to start this autumn
Sisk has been chosen to build a mixed-use scheme in London’s Docklands.
Developer Rockwell has appointed the contractor to carry out pre-construction services on a 30-storey tower at Westferry.
The scheme is set to regenerate a derelict site on West India Dock Road by developing a 400-bedroom hotel and 66 private residential units on the vacant land next to Westferry DLR station.
The project will also include a restaurant, cafe and gym, while 35% of the homes will be affordable.
Construction is expected to start in autumn.
Sisk’s recent projects include the Hilton Hotel at Wembley, the London Designer Outlet and refurbishment of the Royal Academy of Arts facility.
