This week鈥檚 #buildingdoodle sketch is by Alex Chan, associate at The Manser Practice, and shows a scheme in Gibraltar that won outline planning permission last month. He says: 鈥淓urocity is a mixed-use development in the heart of Gibraltar鈥檚 Westside area exploring the opportunity of creating a new 鈥榟ub鈥� adjacent to the administration quarter and hospital, while providing a new connection to this part of Gibraltar from the Old Town. This sketch explores the raised landscaped amenity spaces nestled within the three residential towers at Eurocity, with framed views of the Rock of Gibraltar.鈥�
