Interserve Construction’s managing director on building the NHS Nightingale Hospital at the NEC

Over the weekend I visited the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham to witness first-hand the work Interserve Construction, our contractors and the wider supply chain have delivered to convert it into the second NHS Nightingale Hospital. When completed, it will have 4,000 beds and play a vital role helping the NHS to save lives.

The people of Britain always pull together in the face of a crisis and this time is no different. The construction industry has put its competitive instincts to one side to deliver critical national projects for the NHS and it is only right that it has done so.
