Stride Treglown has announced 21 promotions across five offices as part of its annual review. Six people have been promoted to divisional directors, seven to senior associates and four to associate level. There have also been three promotions in its support services department.

Ralph Courtenay has been recruited by Aedas to head its newly launched London interiors division. Courtenay previously spent 15 years at HOK where he specialised in workplace design and strategic consulting.

Consultants

Deloitte has appointed Chris Harrop to oversee its nuclear capital programmes team. Harrop joins from Horizon Nuclear Power where he was a project director.

Contractors

Community regeneration specialist Frank Haslam Milan has appointed David Haskell as regional director.

Associations

Neil Ogilvie has been appointed chief executive of the Painting and Decorating Association. Ogilvie will take responsibility for the association’s work across the UK and the management of its head office in Nuneaton.
