Architect PRP has won its first competition in Russia to design this 拢53m luxury scheme on the outskirts of Moscow.

The gated community, which is on a 20 ha forested site for Russian developer ST Groupp, would include 134 large townhouses, a spa and fitness centre and a restaurant. The scheme is a departure for the practice, which is best know for its social housing work.
