Morgan Sindall鈥檚 regeneration arm to develop the 拢100m redevelopment of South Shields town centre
Morgan Sindall said South Tyneside council had appointed the Muse Developments as the sole developer of the 拢100m South Shields 365 town centre renewal.
The South Shields 365 plan comprises a new retail quarter in the Fowler Street West area, including a new cinema, library, as well as 175,000 square foot of retail and leisure facilities including a food store, as well as a hotel.
Work is due to commence summer 2014 and is expected to take six years to complete.
