Brewery will produce over 300 million extra pints of beer a year
Miller Construction has completed the extension of Carlsberg鈥檚 UK brewery 鈥� which will produce over 300 million extra pints of beer a year.
The contractor built two new buildings at the Danish beer giant鈥檚 Northampton facility, which will now be able to produce a staggering 1.1 billion pints a year.
Chris Webster, chief executive of Miller Construction, said: 鈥淲e are delighted to have completed works for Carlsberg at their main UK brewery in Northampton, on what was a challenging project for the team working in a live environment during Carlsberg鈥檚 normal production process.
鈥淭hroughout the job we have undertaken a number of complexities which are faced within a live environment, ensuring continued service for the brewery and maintaining the highest health and safety standards for Carlsberg and our own employees.
