The new digital platform, which currently has 112 listings,鈥痠s the first time that opportunities to work on HS2, within鈥痶he 鈥痵upply鈥痗hain,鈥痟ave been brought together in one place.鈥�
The initiative has the backing of the Department for Work and Pensions and brings together local authorities, enterprise partnerships, charities and employment support services along the 140-mile route between London and Birmingham.鈥�
HS2 has already supported鈥�13,000 jobs, including over鈥�400鈥痭ew apprenticeship starts and鈥痬ore than 550鈥痠ndividuals鈥痺ho were previously unemployed.鈥��
