Ex-Atkins technical development director joins consultant in the property segment
Mark Dunne has joined consultant Capita Symonds as regional director within the Northern division.
A chartered building services engineer, he joins the company from Atkins where he was technical development director responsible for leading the property aspects of large BPO and infrastructure out-sourcing opportunities across both the private and public sector.
Dunne鈥檚 new role will be in the transformational development of Capita Symonds鈥� core property offering.
He has 29 years experience within the construction industry, covering new build, refurbishment and maintenance of buildings both in the UK and overseas. He has specific experience in low carbon solutions, being the concept engineer on projects such as the 拢25m refurbishment of DEFRA鈥檚 London HQ - the first UK office building to achieve a BREEAM 鈥楨xcellent鈥� rating.
